shipping & return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your Matcha product(s) to request a return. To start a return, please contact us via our contact form and include your order number and the reason for return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unopened and sealed in its original packaging

  • Unused and undamaged

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Opened Matcha Products

Due to hygiene and food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of Matcha products that have been opened or used. Please ensure you are confident in your purchase before opening the packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your Matcha product is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Opened Matcha products

  • Items on sale

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

If you want a different product, the quickest way is to return the original item (if eligible), and place a new order after the return is accepted.

Refunds

You’ll be notified once we receive and inspect your return. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Delivery Time

We ship from the Netherlands. Orders are usually delivered within 1–2 business days after dispatch.
